K5 PARENT SIGN UP

This Sans Souci K5 registration serves to reserve your child a seat in the Sans Souci K5 Program for the 2024-2025 school year. This class is for children who turn 5 years old on or before September 1 of the current school year. This registration fee is $100 per child and is nonrefundable. Our maximum number of students is 15. Once we get to that number we will have a waitlist in case circumstances change for a particular student. This registration will require your name, address, phone number(s) and email. You will also be asked to enter how many children you will want to register in the Academy program. Finally you will be required to provide a payment method via credit card.
